Your destination Wedding in Umbria

Three elegant historical farmhouses, totally immersed in nature and recently restored, with panoramic pools, terraces, gardens and beautiful views of the surrounding valleys, woods, hills and old olive trees. The estate measures 130 hectares and, with its three farmhouses and three pools, can sleep up to 60 guests  (there are other hotels and agriturismi in the area for more accommodation).

Possible locations for the wedding in Umbria: The historic City Hall of Panicale (for civil weddings) and the 16th-century Sanctuary of the Madonna of Mongiovino or the old church of St Peter and Paul (for religious weddings). Or choose one of the very panoramic locations on our estate for your own private ceremony or symbolic wedding.

Two places that have been used for symbolic ceremonies are the olive grove and the wedding gazebo at the Farmhouse Fontanelle, or the wedding lawn at the Farmhouse Poderaccio. You will see photos of these spaces in the photogalleries below. You will also see photos of the pool terrace and the courtyard of the Fontanelle Farmhouse where we will hold the aperitif, dinner, and dancing after dinner.

Beautiful Italian Wedding!

Simply incredible! From our first step onto the property over a year before the wedding to our last teary eyed glance back as we pulled away for the final time I Casali di San Paolo was perfect. The sheer beauty of the landscape and the charm of the private houses that form the estate are matched only by the hospitality of owners Monica and Sabina.

Help was always just an email or call away. Both sisters were incredibly proactive in helping us select and communicate with vendors, coordinate with the local church, and made sure we could find some time to relax during our week there too… Beyond all of this though, it was a pleasure to see their family truly share in the joy of the event with us and our guests.

It’s difficult to choose only a few things to highlight about the property itself. Waking up in the farmhouse Fontanelle at the top of the olive grove brought stunning views of the valley below each morning, and of course the view from the poolside as the sun set was equally as tranquil. Every one of our guests were impressed by the amenities in their apartments, and we were all able to enjoy the common room and outdoor spaces together as well. It was a great mix of privacy and party atmosphere for everyone! Then there’s the olive oil, the tour of the property, countless personal touches, and the impeccably kept gardens – if we were to go back a week from now it wouldn’t be soon enough!

When we first decided on a destination wedding 4,000 miles away we could not have imagined being so lucky. Thank you so much Monica and Sabina not only for helping to make our wedding an unforgettable joy, but also for helping bring such peace of mind on the yearlong journey to that day! Beautiful Italian Wedding!

We had our wedding at I Casali di Colle San Paolo this past August and we could not be more pleased! We rented all three farmhouses and hosted 50 guests for the week. Everything was AMAZING. We immediately felt comfortable planning and having a destination wedding after speaking with Sabina. She is the best and made everything happen!
The property is so beautiful! The lodging newly remodeled and very clean, the grounds perfect and pool so refreshing and the service was 5 star.
Sabina and Monica helped to plan the wedding week with us and suggested the majority of our vendors as we live in the US. All of our guests were blown away with I Casali di Colle San Paolo.
We would recommend this property to everyone- families, couples and those that just want to escape to the beautiful Umbrian countryside. Each house is very private and each unit within spacious and very nice. We hope to come back next year, we had so much fun!

A family wedding!

We rented all three houses on the property for my daughter’s wedding of 50 people. The ceremony was held at Casali di Colle San Paolo and the views were breathtaking and watching the bride walk down the beautiful stone staircase was magnificent. The reception was held at what we call the “pink” house. Sabina and Monica were there for us every step, from securing a wonderful caterer, the fabulous winery location for the rehearsal dinner, accompanying us to town to select a wedding cake, a personal tour of the property for guests, helping us rent an acoustic guitar for my son, and arranging for our guests to leave with their special olive oil. The weather was perfect in August, warm to enjoy the pools and the evening was perfect with a little breeze. I would highly recommend either one or all of the properties on site as each had their own charm and very special. The towns nearby keep you entertained and a week was not enough time to fully enjoy the beautiful area. I attended the nearby water park with my grandsons and that was such a fun experience. Can’t wait to return!

My wife and I had our wedding here. We rented out all three houses on the property for a week. Everything was perfect. It was the time of our lives! The owners were amazingly gracious and hospitable. Our only mistake was we were too busy with wedding activities to take advantage of all the activities the area has to offer. From truffle hunting to wine tasting and exploring small towns to the nearby lake, there is tons to do. Located on an active olive oil farm, this location is perfect for exploring Italian wine country.
