A very nice and well-kept pool center: two big pools with slides and diving boards and a shallow pool with water games for small children. Also beach volley and soccer field. Swimming courses offered all summer long, and a summer day camp (in Italian) for children in July.

Tennis Club in Tavernelle

Bicycle rides around Lake Trasimeno
See the very well done www.bikeinumbria.it. Four routes, of different difficulty and length, leave from Castiglione del Lago, where it is possible to rent bikes for the day for €14 (Cicli Valentini, tel. 075.951663). For weekly rentals Mr Valentini will bring the bikes to the Casali and will come and pick them up.
Canoeing around the Isola Polvese
You may rent canoes from Giovanni at the beach in Isola Polvese. €6 for touring the island for a 1-place canoe and €12 for a 2 to 3-place canoe. Giovanni is available also to accompany you from S. Feliciano to the island and back, or canoing around the lake. Tel. 347/3794578.
