In an enchanted and untouched landscape of old olive trees, orchards, organic agricultural plots and oak woods we have restored three "casali", typical stone farmhouses, built in the 17th century, called "Fontanelle", Molinella" and "Poderaccio", all with different characteristics and locations.
Fontanelle
At 450 m above sea level, the large stone farmhouse Fontanelle is on the slopes of Mount Solare and offers unique views of the Nestore Valley.
Molinella
Connected to an old water mill, now in ruin, this romantic and secluded complex is composed of three independent buildings and is surrounded by oak woods, near a brook.
Poderaccio
In a beautiful location with open views of the surrounding countryside, fields, ancient olive trees and oaks. This farmhouse is ideal for families with children. Opening on 1 June 2010.
All restoration works have been carried out with a great attention to detail and respect for the typical characteristics of each casale, using material recovered from the original buildings. We have created eleven apartments and an independent house on three floors, for a total of 50 guests.
Fontanelle and Molinella have a swimming pool, several panoramic terracotta terraces equipped for eating outside, outside showers and barbecues and gardens. Poderaccio, for this year, will not have a pool, but there will be an outside play area for children (including sand box and small pools), areas equipped for eating outside, outside shower and barbecue. The pool in Poderaccio should be ready for the summer of 2011.
Four of our apartments are accessible for the disabled.
